We provide two recruitment services — our standard service and our premium service.

Standard service

Our standard service is a ‘no placement, no fee’ service. This is for clients who wish to work with us alongside direct recruitment channels or other agencies.

We offer a reduced fee for exclusivity/sole agency.

Premium service

Our premium service is a retained-to-search service. The service includes assessments and ability tests for the final stage.

It also includes executive coaching for the successful candidate, providing the employer with support to ensure effective on-boarding.

This service is typically used for ‘Head of’ and ‘Director of’vacancies.

Talent assessment

We offer assessments and ability tests independently or as part of a recruitment package.

Our fees include:

  • provision of candidate reports (including commentary on areas to probe at interview)
  • written and oral feedback from an occupational psychologist to the candidate
  • all administration

We’re able to map match assessment data to the employer’s values and provide an estimation of the candidate’s potential performance in these areas.

Talent development

We provide a coaching and leadership development based on a positive, humanistic, approach.

The aim is to nurture the individual’s strengths to help them achieve their goals.

All potential coachees are offered a free 1/2 hour conversation with the coach before committing to a coaching package.
