Employment branding? We’ve got some resources for that

Anthony Haynes writes: Much discussion of branding focuses on consumer experience. Recently, however, there has been increasing recognition that brands need to consider another set of stakeholders, namely employees — actual and prospective. Hence the concept of ’employment brand’.

One of the functions of this website is to curate helpful online resources from third parties. One of the collections we’ve initiated comprises resources on employment branding.

We include under this heading some resources on employee experience, on the grounds that it constitutes a component of employment branding.

Of the various resources, my favourite is a perhaps a blog post by Lisa B. Radloff, providing a succinct overview of practical considerations regarding company websites from the perspective of prospective employees.
