Anthony takes on two areas of responsibility. First, communications – communication within the company and also our communication processes with external stakeholders, notably via our website fjwilson.com.

Anthony’s second area of responsibility is lean management. Anthony will review our internal processes on a continual basis to ensure that they are sufficiently simple and efficient to facilitate continued corporate growth.

Anthony’s job title is simply Communications Director.

Anthony is already very familiar with FJWTS, having provided communications services to us over recent years as an associate. This is Anthony’s second term with us as a director: until 2015 Anthony was a Non-executive Director.

Anthony remains too a Director for Frontinus Ltd — a communications consultancy that specialises in the engineering sector – of which he is a co-owner.

Commenting on his appointment, Anthony said, “I welcome the opportunity to work with FJWTS in more integrated fashion. I’m particularly pleased that the catalyst for this move has been the sustained growth of the business”.

Founder and Managing Director of FJWTS, Fiona Wilson, said “I am delighted that Anthony is joining us as a Director of the business.

Despite starting in the recession (2009) FJWTS has established a persistent record of strong growth. Our strategy in 2019 and beyond is to move ever closer to our vision: to become the undisputed go-to agency whenever a professional membership organisation, awarding body or learning provider is recruiting at the levels we deal with.
