Review of genuinely helpful blogs:

Anthony Haynes writes: This is the sixth in an occasional series of reviews of blogs that provide helpful content relating to talent acquisition and talent management. is a newish blog that focuses on talent management, human capital, and organisational development. It is consistently good at building a bridge between research and practice and at providing links to the former. the author, Kajsa Asplund, is a psychologist who has worked in recruitment and selection and is now a researcher.

An attraction of the blog is its willingness to focus on big themes and questions: typical blog headings include ‘Why talent pools are not enough’ and ‘Should you tell talents they are talents?’.

The blog’s also visually appealing, with a stylish, uncluttered, look.
