Good practice in talent acquisition – how to add value

Anthony Haynes writes: What does effective talent acquisition look like? How can employers and talent agencies work together productively? By what means can an agency add value for the hiring organisation?

Our preferred means for answering these questions is to use case studies.

To date we’ve published studies of talent acquisition in two membership organisations, namely The Sport and Recreation Alliance and AAT.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be publishing two further studies – one with the Institution of Civil Engineers and the second a multi-part study, again with AAT.

The series begins on Tuesday 14 June.
