Anthony Haynes writes: If you are interested in hearing about talent acquisition and talent management topics, there is good news and bad.
The good news is that there’s a plentiful supply of content on these subjects available online via social media.
The bad news is also that there’s a plentiful supply of content on these subjects available online via social media: there’s too much and by no means all of it is good.
To help sort the wheat from the chaff, we’ve been busy designing ways to curate some of the best content. We’d like here to share two of the ways we collect and share news on talent matters.
First, we’ve created a Twitter list called ‘Talent management’. This collects tweets from sources that have developed a record for providing relevant, helpful content. We continue to refine this list over time so as to ensure its quality.
We’ve made the list public: you can read it (and, if you wish, subscribe) here. If you’d like to suggest Twitter accounts to add to the list, please let us know, preferably via @fjwilsontalent on Twitter itself.
We also publish a weekly digest of new content on talent acquisition and management. Talent Digest is published every Tuesday. You can find it here.
