Today’s pick comes from Steve Boese’s HR Technology blog (5 February). It relates the story of the decision by the president of IKEA North America to present the company’s offer in terms of IKEA’s customers own stories.

We suggest that, beyond the world of furniture retail, the approach has obvious applications in talent acquisition and human resource management.
